It was fine. I did not understand at the outset that both items would be drop-shipped and was alarmed when my charge card was charged and I had no shipping information. A representative of the firm responded promptly to my inquiry and the matter was resolved.

Although the advertised price that I agreed to and purchased, was somehow " not available" after I had ordered, They contacted me and left me the option to cancel or proceed.I feel that the increased price was still ok for that product, and I paid the additional money and purchased it.

I went online to place my order. Very user friendly and efficient. Someone followed up with an email needing to confirm my order prior to processing. I received my product within 4 business days and am pleased.

I thought that the projector wasn't working. I called the vendor and got very nice help. We were able to resolve the issue on our own, (I wish they had had the very simple information to help us - troublshooting was a bit thin), but they were very nice, helpful, and great to deal with. I really like this place!

This purchase was unbelievably easy and fast. An email note to the store gave us the part number, cost, and in-stock status, and the on-line ordering was straightforward. It might have been simple to track the shipment, but it arrived so soon that I never got the chance!! Everything exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

Site said projector was in stock, but after placing the order, I recieved a confirmation saying it was not in stock and there was no ETA. I called to inquire before completing the transaction, at which time I was told it would be 6-8 weeks before the product arrived in inventory. I cancelled the order.

Projector superstore came through with my bulb in excellent condition at a great price. My only complaint was that my shipment was delayed do to its out of stock status. Although shopping.com showed the bulb in stock, I would highly recommend calling ahead prior to ordering if you require this to be shipped quickly like I did. I did receive great customer support through the phone and emails trying to get my purchase out to me.

One of the best projector sites I've found. Spent quite some time reviewing projectors. They had the one I wanted and at the best price. I called them to make sure it was new and not a refurb. They answer the phones, are very helpful, honest and informative. Shipping was fast, my projector shipped same day. Received it new in the box and in perfect condition.
