Since this company did not provide me a shipping notice, I thought that I had been scammed, since they ran my credit card on the day of purchase. A few days after the order was placed, I inquired about a shipping date (left a phone message), but no one called me back. Then, suddenly, the next day, the air purifier arrived at my door. I am concerned that if I had to ever return something to this company, they would be impossible to get a hold of (i.e. poor customer service).
