product quality inferior, when I initially attempted to return items, I was told there would be a restocking fee ( one item was actually defective) and that I would have to pay for return shipping as well. After my protest and threat to refute the order with my credit card company, the matter see3ms to have been resolved, although not enough time has elapesed to determine if my account has been credited.

I was pleased to find out that all was accurate.
