It was great but my order came upside down and the oil leaked out and i had to clean it up! But other than that it was good! I prefer UPS better. But all around it was good.

I ordered a scooter on December 16, 2005, on December 30th, I received a scooter that was leaking oil and had numerous dents and scratches, order was not accepted and scooter was returned to company. I E-mailed company as per their web site and received an E-mail stating that another scooter would be shipped within a few days. I still have not received a replacement scooter and no one answers the telephone or responds to the numerous E-mails that I sent. I would never order from this company again. This company does not know what professionalism or customer service is about.

Tank Urban 50 moped is less expensive here than on scooter Depot. us.
In fact, more or less by 200 dollars better. Their's was 1199.95 + 299.95 S&H.
