Their response to my initial question was very fast and courteous, almost as fast as a phone call. After I placed the order, their confirmation was received within an hour. The next day I had to change the order from "Pickup" to "Deliver to my home". The order was shipped within two hours, and was delivered the next day at 2 p.m. RADIANT GUARD'S SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!

Shopped on line. Was supposed to be sent Fed Ex overnite. Was sent two day Fed Ex ground in error. Fed Ex ground failed to deliver on appointed day. Fed Ex ground said our business wasn't open. Our business is open 15 hours a day every day. Still haven't received foil and it is holding up a project we were trying to complete over the week end.

The price was competitive and the items were received as promised and in good condition. The only thing that could have been better would have been if the hot water heater cover would have been in stock to have sent with the other order. Since it wasn't in I had to order it later and ended up paying S&H on that order separately. I haven't received that item yet, but expect it any day.

Product came sooner than I expected. Product in perfrect shape. The only constructive criticism I have was that the picture of the water heater after the radiant guard was applied was not clear. I just wanted to see what it was suppose to look like after I installed. No big deal, but would have been helpful. Thanks.

Although the email failed to designate the shipper (UPS) the live chat internet service took care of the problem of tracking immediately. I'm confident they will fix this. This company could be the "Poster Bay" for an internet business. Wonderful service.

Shipping is by UPS and easy to track. plus any order over $125 has free shipping unless you want it over night. plus you can make a log in so your next order can be placed faster and easier. I am very happy with this company I have placed two orders with them so far and have not had a problem and it's been on time.
