THE DAY THAT ORDERED THE 10 FANS THEIR QUANTITIES SHOWED TO HAVE 14 IN STOCK. AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF STILL NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER, I DECIDED TO CALL RESTOCK IT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY WAS WONDERFULLY NICE. SHE INFORMED ME THAT THESE FANS WERE NOT IN STOCK AND THE ORDER COULD NOT BE FILLED. I ASKED HER IF I HAD NOT CALLED, WOULD MY ORDER HAVE STAYED JUST SITTING THERE IN LIMBO. SHE SAID YES AND I APPRECIATED HER HONESTY. I SUGGEST THAT RESTOCKIT DOES A BETTER JOB IN THE FUTURE OF MONITORING THEIR INVENTORY. I WAS RELYING ON THE DELIVERY OF THOSE FANS AND IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

I thought I ordered an 8 x 6 shed but missed the fine print that said it was really only 5'3". Although the manufacture lists it the same, the deception shouldn't be continued by a reseller without a warning. I now have a shed that is not satisfactory for my requirements and I am definitely not happy.

Except for UPS loosing the original order ( thru no fault of Re-Stockit.com) and having to wait a little longer than expected to reach a Customer Service Agent, I am very pleased with my order. Very happy with the "Free Shipping" of my order. Was also very pleased with the ability to track the status of my order via the link in the E-Mail sent to me when the product shipped. Purchased boxes to make into cars for a kids party. ReStockIt had a good variety of box sizes at the lowest prices. Shipping was reasonable, where other stores had shipping at least twice as much or even triple the cost of the boxes.
