Outstanding Customer Service. I had ordered this item from another company, and waited 3 weeks, just to be told it would be an additional 3 weeks when I contacted them to inquire on the status. This item was urgently needed for an upcoming trip, the staff at RealTruck listened to me, and went outside their normal distibution channels to get the item to me in the very narrow timeframe I had to work with. A service, will definately use them again for my truck accessory needs, as well as recommend them to my friends and family.
