The only problem was that when I ordered the balls the ad said the shipping was going to be 6.99 and when I got them it was 7.99. Minor problem but still I noticed it. Thank You Greg Rymsza

When told that there are a maximum of 3 bids it is not clear or very useful that that applies to multiple items. Practically if you are bidding you can only buy 1 thing.

The worst customer service ever. They don't respond for several days if at all. They promise to send what was missing and never did. You can not talk to anyone - only email and that is if they choose to respond. I will never use this site again

Rock bottom was true to their advertising. Chose what I wanted went straight to check out applied the e-coupon applied and placed order very easy. Only problem, I made a mistake on order and it was a little difficult to find the error message. My error but the fix could be a little easier. Great job on sending me info to track package at Fedex. Only had to click link. everything was delivered on time and in great order. Thanks Rock Bottom

I did a lot of research before I purchased this club. Rock Bottom had the best price including the shipping cost. As for the tracking, I recieved my club a day ahead of the day they said I would receive it. This was a very good shopping experience.

The irons were a good purchase, but they offered "FREE" golf balls with purchase. I didn't mark the golf balls for sale, but did mark the box when I purchased the clubs.I marked "WARBIRD" on the appropriate box. They said the discount wasn't available and they went through the process of my sale. Then I had to pay $5.99 for shipping. This was made minutes After the sale of the clubs and received them almost a week later. Yeah, I'm pissed. The nerve of them charging me for shipping. Bob Michna.
