Delivery service has improved over the last 8 months, I received my merchandise more timely than in the past.

Even the products that were out of stock did not take all that long to get. The earring jackets were shipped from a store that was found to have them. Only disconcerting thing was holding the bangle order without giving us a call. It was my husband's birthday present to me and he had not given me the correct expiration date on his cad, so the order was held without a phone call to us; I had to place the call and find out the delay. It was then shipped immediately and I received it within 4 days.

The necklace arrived damaged. The customer service representative helped me take care of the replacement order and took care of arranging the return of the damaged item. I have noticed that after shopping for my items, there was a 3-day sale. Almost every item I looked at previously to the sale went up about 30% during the sale. Makes me believe that for your sale, you mark things up to, to put them on sale. No confidence there! The items are great, it would be better to leave your prices alone and not do a sale, rather than to raise the prices and offer a sale. Looks bad to those who follow the items.

I have been a R/S customer for many years and have made MANY purchases. I have made numerous phone requests to be on their catalog mailing list. I will get only one catalog. If I don't happen to order from that catalog, I'm removed from the mailing list; yet my friends buy seldom and remain on the list--I am disappointed. You must understand that a good customer cannot order from every catalog.

Service is fine. The only problem is that two different pairs of earrings broke the first time I wore them. I liked the design so much that I repaired one pair, but because the hinge on the second pair broke, I lost one earring. I am seriously worried about the quality of Ross-Simon jewelry.
