Unfortunately with the last item I purchased the post on one of the earrings was bent. Also the gemstone quality didn't match - on one of the earrings they were much lighter, so much so that you couldn't tell what the stones were & if they were even there.

I just love you and your products with one exception. It would help if, in the catalog, you would give sizes in inches. For instance, pendant is so" x so". Often, mm sizes are meaningless to most. Thanks

I could have been able to track the progress of my order if I had used a "password" when placing my order. There was absolutely NO mention of this while ordering online. I didn't find out until I got an e-mail saying my item was backordered and I couldn't check on it unless I used a password. Why not make the password a required part of check-out so there will be no surprises later?

I was very frustrated dealing with cust. svc. I applied for bill-me-later, not remembering that I had opened an account years ago. This purchase was declined because my existing account was deemed inactive... well duh, open a new on! The customer services people all seemed to be un able or not allowed to tell me what the problem was, it took 3 phone calls and 4 days to get it figured out. In the meantime Ross simons lost the sale because they cancelled my order and it was a one day deal. Hey, now there's a way to make a customer happy. Poor poor poor service, I am very disgusted with you right now and that's too bad because I would regularly recommend Ross Simons to friends, I'll think twice before I do that again.

The merchandise is not as I expected especially the earring jackets. They are certainly not worth the money. It looks like crystal chips are maybe glued on...no holes in silver like diamonds are usually set. I just don't have the time to send back for a refund, but will probably not shop at Ross Simon again.
I am not sure if the pearls in the necklace are real....maybe plastic??

ordered 2 silver neckchains and a pendant. the pendant is backorderd and have not received to date. One of the chains came damaged and I returned it fora credit. Typical of their goods, but there service is better than average. I have been a customer for many years and all in all I remain.

Customer service is outstanding. Jewelry selection is excellent, and is well represented by photographs and descriptions. If I've ever needed to cancel an order, customer service has been extremely accommodating. The only drawback to shopping at RS's is the tracking system. It almost always states that "tracking information is not available at this time," and is not accurate.
