My order was processed accurately, well-packed, promptly shipped, and arrived in good condition. But even before the package arrived more than 20 unauthorized charges were placed on my credit card until it was cancelled. The charges were mostly for under 20 USD and even as little as 1 USD. I also begin receiving packages at my home address relating to those charges, some with my name on it and some with unknown addressees.sasa.com has products unavailable elsewhere. The website is well-designed. But unless they can assure me that this issue is fixed I'll take my business elsewhere.

From a very horrible experience with SASA ordering and service, I highly advise people to not order with them in the first place to avoid all the trouble. They never answer emails and when you DO reach them, they are very impatient with you and don't want to bother with problems. They also charge you once you place your order, not when your order has been shipped, like they say. You also might have to wait forever to receive your item, so don't expect to receive what you have purchased at the promised time. But, I think their customer service is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. I have shopped at many other online stores and cannot believe the way they treat their customers.

I just read Canna's review and have had the exact same experience. I was also sent a wrong item, sent it back to return and never received my refund for my item or return shipping.
To top it off, I ordered 2 exact same items during that time and one was correct and the other was not, now how hard is it to mess up an order like that?

I would NEVER recommend shopping with this company.

I think there's a big problem in Sasa's system. Here's my miserable experience:

1. They sent me an incorrect product.
2. I sent it back for exchange. They have received that parcel, but they end up by not being able to locate it in their system. It's lost somewhere in their system.
3. TWO months after my order and after several contacts, they finally accept to send me a replacement. For the return shipping fee which is 35 euros (50 USD), sorry, I have to wait until they find that parcel in their system. (But, until when ?)
4. Almost three weeks after that promise, the replacement never arrives, not even a confirmation e-mail.
5. I've been trying hard to reach the phone customer service for days by international call, but in vain, it's always the answering machine.

I'm totally desperated and don't know what to do anymore....

It takes too long to find out what's going on and find a solution about an order which never arrived with me. I've placed the order in March 2005. Still never heard anything but the credit card has been charged for it.

Its the first time i've purchased from the Sasa.com site and the items were received in perfect condition. Packaging was excellent and items were not damaged in any way. Delivery was also very fast.

I am wondering whether there is any expiry date on each product that i received. I have purchased some products last year, and I can't find any expired date on the products. Because the products onlin are much cheaper than those in shops, I wanna know how secured the quality is.

Generally, quite good!!! However, sometimes I couldn't find the products that I want, and my order has been mis-delivered once. Most recently, I bought Cellex-C Skin Perfecting Pen (For All Skin Types)which turned out to be a real crap (sorry), as the roller-ball applicator dropped off right away. Nevertheless, I'll continously shop at sasa.com, as it is still quite good.
