Good knowledgeable staff, when contacted. Short wait times on the phone. Ground shipping is free and reasonably quick because the product is drop shipped from one of their partners across the US.

Downside: can contact only during regular business hours; web-site does not allow one to track the status of an order; never sent ups tracking code, had to call and request it.
