Shipping is very confusing. The site is promoting the free shipping at X amount, but doesn't list which shipping option will be the free shipping option. I wrote back to the customer service about the shipping charge for the standard shipping option I used immediately after I placed my order. I was told the standard shipping isn't the promoting free shipping option and it was already too late to sweitch the shipping. I am very unhappy about this site as there are hardly any service or efforts to serve their customers. I probably will not shop there again.

I accidentally ordered cologne instead of after-shave. I think the after-shave was out of stock. When I attempted to click the "alert me" button, I must have clicked the cologne order button in error. Upon receiving the cologne, I have since ordered the aftershave from Scentiments.

The wrong item was sent so I have to obtain a retain UPS mailer and then wait for Scentiments to receive what I return before they send the right product. It is quite a waste of time

I looked to see if the product I wanted was in stock. It was so I ordered it on-line. The ordering process was quick, painless and the product was received on time. I have ordered from Scentiments before and I will definitely order again. The products are "the real thing" and inexpensive compared to in-store prices.

Have not received the product, although the tracker said that it was delivered. So will have to trace to delivery. First time I have had a problem with any of my orders from Scentiments.

My only problem with Scentiments was that by using the link in the e-mail I received, I was supposed to receive a 5% discount. I kept waiting for the discount to show up but it never did. After placing the order, I contacted Scentiments Customer Service by e-mail but never received a reply. I wasn't going to fuss about $5 but since you ask...

Shopping at Scentiments is always an excellent experience! Every order is perfect and shipped quickly. The customer service, when I have had a question about something, has been easy to reach and has answered my question satisfactorily so that I could place my order. They are always cheaper than the other sites I've looked at and the cologne I want is usually available, or I am able to have them alert me when it is. And I find that very helpful. I will use Scentiments for sure every time I want perfumes.

my experience with scentiments has always been good--if you purchase $75 dollars or more you get free shipping but the free shipping usually takes a long time. I know a perk is a perk but if you choose a this free option be prepared to wait
