I made a mistake when I placed my order and ordered breastpump parts that were not compatible with each other.  Donna from Self Expressions noticed the apparent error while processing my order and called me to clarify what I really needed.  After confirming that I had ordered the wrong items, she edited the order to include the items I really needed.  The order was shipped quickly, received sooner than expected, and packaged very well.  I will definitely shop at Self Expressions again and I'm telling all of my friends about the site, the excellent selection, and friendly customer service.

I've very glad that Self Expressions has an on-line store. The Medela Special Feeder products are not available in local stores only through the hospital and SF.com puts my childs feeding products only a few clicks away.
