Amazing - We desperately needed this motherboard for a client who was down. I placed the order at nearly 6PM and had the mobo in my hands at 10:40AM the next morning!!! They are definitely willing to go the extra mile when you need it. We have purchased hundreds of hard drives from serversupply.com and have never been disappointed. Always recieve email confirmations in seconds and updates as the process moves along.

I should have called Server Supply 1st when my server went down. I needed a SAS controller for my Dell server. Funnily, every company I called either asked for a part number or shipped me a wrong card. They don’t go by description anymore! NTS, Dell was no help! Then I gave server supply try. The person I spoke to asked for the model number of my server and in about 5 minutes order was complete. I am writing this from my server!

Last week i ordered a Dell interconnect switch because they were offering within a reasonable price than any other companies. i called to make sure that they have it in stock.The customer service was fabulous.
It was shipped on the same day. When i got the package from UPS i found it exactly what i ordered and the delivery was so fast.I'm very much pleased and I will shop with this company again and again as long as they will be servicing in such fantastic way. I ordered one hard drive for my old system. it was very hard to find this drive in the market and costly too. Fortunately i got that in serversupply.com at a very good price and also received updates of my order continuously.
i received my order withing 3 days and it is working fine in my system. i will definitely come back here for my next order for 3 most important reasons. 1.Good price 2.Availability of functional parts and 3. fast and quality service. Thank you for this great service. |

I received a wrong part, so I called in and they issued an RMA and gave me the correct one. There was no penalty for it. They were really nice about the whole issue. They made a mistake and corrected it. No questions asked.

I really appreciate the fact they take their time to call and also email their customers if there is a problem with the order. I was contacted right after I placed the order. I wasn't aware my information was incomplete. Instead of holding back my order, they contacted me via phone and email to fix the information and process the order. I received the product within two days. Thank you guys. I will definitely shop from Server Supply again.

My main reason for purchasing was for the Motherboard. This merchant tried to save me money by offering to pull the Motherboard out and ship it separately at a discount. I decided to buy the whole computer anyway but it was some nice customer service to try and save ME money. Thanks.

Service is absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered a hard drive that I needed urgently. It never shipped. Today I notice on the web page that it says there is some credit problem. It definitely is not a problem with the card, nor with the shipping address, and no one from your company ever contacted me to ask a single question. Whatever someone in your company thinks is the problem, it should have been immediately communicated to me so that I could straighten them out. No one even cared enough to ask what they did not understand. This behavior is unacceptable. |

Ordered controller cards for Compaq server. Paid for overnight delivery. Next day, no delivery. Cards are still in transit. If they could not ship on time, customer should have been notified immediately. Person taking the order could not speak English, got name and email address incorrect. Not a good experience with this company.

During research to find a replacement found your site again which still showed in-stock. When purchasing parts i am usually in a hurry to acquire the parts. Can not shop at a site where the in-stok/onhand may not be accurate.

DO NOT BUY FROM SERVERSUPPLY. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!
We have a failed hard drive in one of our servers (thank god it's not a production box, but still..) so I ordered the hard drive I needed to use to replace the failed drive and, despite sending me an email saying that the item had gone to shipping that very day, it never arrived! So the following week I attemped to contact them via email the next week to inquire about status and received no response. Next I called and was told the order "somehow" never shipped, but that they would send it out today and I would get it in a couple days. Being that it was their oversight, I requested they ship it overnight and cover the cost due to their mistake. They refused, even after speaking with a Manager, which is RIDICULOUS given the circumstances and especially being a server supply parts company. So I've canceled my order and am taking my business elsewhere. Forget ServerSupply.com, they have zero business ethics and their customer service is atrocious. |
