I ordered double H boots and received the wrong model.   The packing list was for someone in Texas - I live in Rhode Island!   When I called customer service,  the lady said to send the boots back by UPS and use the return form and UPS label in the box.   When I explained that there was no return form or UPS label in the box,  the lady was irritated with me!!     Overall extremely sorry customer service.... be careful ordering from this company!!!!!!!!!

I had countless problems with trying to order products that were out of stock or were no longer being made. Shoeline did not contact me in a timely fashion regarding these issues. When I did order a product that was in stock, I received them quickly and Shoeline makes it very easy to send something back if you don't like it.

Since I could not complete my order via the internet and had to call I am not sure if my order is coming or if out of stock as via an email I received. When I phoned to complete my order the saleslady said I did not need to print out the receipt. If you know if I will still be getting the shoes. let me know.

I received no confirmation of my order so far as of Nov 24th. I paid extra for quicker shipping and so far have received no shoes or confirmation. I thought I would have quicker service. So far I am not a happy customer.

The work boots are an annual gift to one of my sons. They came so fast (exactly as ordered), I didn't need to use tracking. I'm 'saving' this company for future purchases.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping thru shoeline - although coupons work better BEFORE you buy the shoes - mine are always outdated - not like I buy shoes daily! I think the coupons should NEVER expire - it would definitely keep me coming back to buy more - $100 bucks for a pair of shoes is a lot of money - 10 to 20% off makes a BIG difference in whether I buy or not. Returning customers should always be rewarded!! Give us coupons that don't expire EVER!

I am very pleased with my boots. Shoeline includes the return mailing label and clear information if you need to send the shoes back. Luckily, I didn't need to send them back.
