Best Customer Service I have ever received. I definately would recommend http://www.Shoplens.com to anyone that asks! Customer Service was fast and efficient in getting my product shipped out to me. I wear toric lenses which I know are custom made lenses and take time to be made but I still managed to recieve my lenses within a timely manner.

When contacting Customer (NO) Service, I could only get their voice mail and never got a call back or an e-mail. they were totally unresponsive to my contacts. When I tried to send an e-mail to the link on their web site, the e-mail bounced back to me as invalid. In short, I could not get any Customer Service!!!

I have been waiting since late Oct. for a contact re-order. I try to contact this company every day and they never return phone calls or answer e-mails. It has been 6 weeks and no word on when the contacts will arrive. I would never recommend this company to anyone !!!!! When you call them you are put on hold then put into their voice mail. I have now threatened to report them to the Attorney General's office so I will see what happens with them.

Merchant seemed very disorganized. A partial order was shipped with no indication in the order or online as to what happened to the other items ordered. It took 2 phone calls and emails to finally resolve the issue. Not even a hand written note with the first shipment that other items were back ordered. No tracking information offered.
