I am so so glad I discovered SmartBargains! I looked everywhere for this cutlery set , everybody else was out of sight on their prices. I returned shoes and called customer service 3 times for my credit and they are reviewing my order for 3 weeks now, I purchased 15 pairs of shoes from this company in the last 2 months are they short of experienced Help?

Terrible customer service.  Purchased a gift card for my sis and she never received it.   When I try to resolve it I just get jacked around with canned answers.
They take your money, but never deliver.

After my first shopping experience with SmartBagains.com, I consider them to be a "fair" (i.e., mediocre) online retailer. I received a pair of shoes that didn't meet my expectations; the color viewed online didn't match or do justice to my expectations. Plus, I think the "return period window" should be 60 days instead of 30 days to accommodate busy work and/or travel schedules. In addition, I noticed that some of shoes I ordered were still available in my size and marked down further weeks after I placed my order though I specifically remember indications of "limited quantities" when I placed my order.

I like SmartBargains, but I don't like all their e-mails that offer "special deals"--when you go to the website, you see that the price is really the same as it was yesterday. Too many e-mails and the shipping is too expensive to just pick up a quick impulse buy.

I had purchased sheets for a king size bed for myself and the sheets were fine, a little lower grade of sheet than I was expecting. I also purchase a set for my daughter and had them ship directly to her home, she noitced one of the corners had a large tear in the fitted sheet, she did not want hassel of sending them back, so she will find someone to mend them for her. I was upset I had sent her a faulty product. I have never had a problem with smartbargin before this, and has made me a little weary of buying again.

Merchandise is as describe on website. In shopping ar SmartBargin.com, I am able to buy a higher quality product for the same, and often less, dollar amount than what is sold locally.

I have purchased many things from you in the past and have always had fast shipping...but for some reason, this item took almost two weeks to receive. Your prices and selections are GREAT...I just hope that this was just a fluke. Thank you~

I have purchased many things from you in the past, but the shipping lately seems to be taking longer. I'm thinking that maybe it has to do with how fast things take to get out of the warehouse. I also purchased something from Overstock and the item arrived super fast! They do seem to get things out the very next day. Your prices & selections are great, but I think how long an item takes is too long lately. Thanks~

I always find it a fun experience as their stock changes often. However, it is not like a department store as there are limits to what is offered and to sizes or colors - which is to be expected. I really appreciate being able to have a low shipping charge. In the past when I have had to call customer service they are very helpful and resolve any issues quickly.
