I have purchased many things from you in the past, but the shipping lately seems to be taking longer. I'm thinking that maybe it has to do with how fast things take to get out of the warehouse. I also purchased something from Overstock and the item arrived super fast! They do seem to get things out the very next day. Your prices & selections are great, but I think how long an item takes is too long lately. Thanks~

I always find it a fun experience as their stock changes often. However, it is not like a department store as there are limits to what is offered and to sizes or colors - which is to be expected. I really appreciate being able to have a low shipping charge. In the past when I have had to call customer service they are very helpful and resolve any issues quickly.

I purchased two aerobeds last year and they came with storage/travel bags. I guess I assumed ALL aerobeds came with a bag of some sort and SMARTBargins did not mention whether a was or was not included. I called about it and was informed you did not carry the bags and the bed did not come with storage bags. I called aerobed and purchased two storage/travel bags (Cost $74.00) I should have shopped around more and found where I could purchase the bed with bag and not purchased from SMART BARGAIN...guess I really didn't get a BARGIN after all...I'll know better next time.

I have a very good experience buying my shoes except there was not a size chart for the Birkenstocks. I already have a pair so was able to get the size off of them. Would be nice if they put a chart. I checked, but all I could find was a clothes chart. Order came on time and was very happy with the shoes.
