Excellent prices, quick shipping, website descritpitons can be confusing (e.g., OEM vs not, 2PC does this = 2 computers or 2 pieces). This confusion required me to call to make sure I understood what I was purchasing for $269.99.

I think SoftwareKing in BC did a better job than US. I bought the Visio from Canada and the other two from US. I didn't realized I used the US webpage. Maybe will need better indicators. Honestly, I am thrilled by the service and the price.

SoftwareKing sells software from major publishers, a lot of it academic editions and OEM versions and they say it’s legal. I read a number of opinions about selling AE and OEM software and couldn’t get a clear idea of when and when this is not   Read full review...

Order # 35849. I ordered XP for a new build. Waited 7 days and when I didn't receive shipping information I e-mail and asked if it was shipped yet and when to expect it. To my surprise I got a return e-mail. That order was already been delivered. Great, but it must have went to somebody else because I don't have it. Sent another e-mail. Don't expect any results any time soon from that one either. Even if they reship it will be another 7-10 days. That's 17 days that my new machine is sitting there useless. They use DHL, what a joke. No wonder it's 7-10 days. Get Fed-Ex and improve your delivery time.

Ordered by phone because the on-line site would not work. Argued over charges for shipping - web site showed free shipping, they didn't want to give it to me.
Finally agreed to ship free, charged me for the product, but 3 weeks later still haven't received the product.

No response to calls or emails about the problem.
