We shopped online for a light fixture we had seen on a recent trip. We found the fixture available at a substantial savings at SOHO Lighting. The order process was simple and the fixture arrived in a week. We are very pleased with the fixture and the service provided by SOHO Lighting and have made a subsequent order.

I purchased from this vendor because of their liberal return policy. Their prices were competitive but on this product (lamp) all the prices I found were very similar. Order tracking was non-existent but when I called to check the rep was able to answer my question quickly and was very helpful and friendly. I would use this vendor again.

I was very pleased to receive the chandelier on time. I am building a new home. The electricians are just about ready to install the light fixutures. I'm glad I'll have them when they are ready for them.

I ordered a pendent light online, and my order was canceled with no email or phone call notice. Perhaps because they couldn't get stock, or perhaps this is how they do business? I really have no idea. I do know that I will not give them my business again.

Light was sent to incorrect (but similar) address. I never rec'd a tracking # so I didn't realize until a month after it had been delivered that it went to the wrong address. Claim had to be filed w/UPS & a new light had to be shipped to replace the one I didn't recieve.
