I find this amazing that a request would be made regarding the purchase before the item has been received. Also, the fact that one of the questions would even suggest the custome hasn't received the product may suggest problems. Good service is prompt service. Excellent catalog with fun products. If only they came as advertised. Neither of my nephews were able to play with their presents on chrstmas which was the most important.. I tried numerous times to email and received no responce. Communication is very poor, as is customer service once the order has been placed.l I was especially disappointed since you have some fabulous gifts that I woul love to order but would have to much trepidation after my previous expreience

The order product and quality where good however the shipping was inacurate. It said that I would recieve the item before the weekend given the shipping option I selected, however it did not come in time and thus I was not able to present the present on the day I wanted. I would have selected a faster shipping option if I had been aware that it would not make it.

I had tried to use an online coupon which did not work. Expected to get product in 2-3 days, paid extra for the shipping, but did not get it in time. According to the post office it didn't include Saturday in the days. I was very unhappy and contacted customer service who never replied to me. I had requested the extra I paid for faster delivery to be refunded.

For the second order in a row, Spilsbury made an error. And for the second time in a row, they didn't respond to the e-mail I sent telling them about the problem. (Oh, they sent the automated response but then didn't follow up.) This time they've robbed me of $10.95, and I'm having to deal with my credit card company to try to get back the money Spilsbury overcharged me. Fortunately I kept all the pertinent e-mails, but I don't enjoy this hassle. They owe me $10.95 and an apology, and I doubt they'd offer me a large enough coupon ever to get any more business from me. I'm telling friends who do jigsaw puzzles about these problems. Their lack of accountability in resolving their errors is unacceptable.

The boys were disappointed that the remote control farting toy they received from Santa didn't work. We tried everything. I didn't contact the company yet, because it was a Santa toy, but it did cost $15, so it's on my to-do list. On the up-side, the snowboard game is cool.
