The problem was that I was surprised by the chairs having half-round bottoms on the legs. I had to try multiple ideas about how to make them flat in order to attach felt to them (to minimize scraping). I wrote to the company looking for ideas, but got no response.

I also want to commend them on the layout of their internet site. I knew just what I was looking for when I started surfing. On other sites, even getting to the right CATEGORY took diligence and imagination. The stools were advertised as swivel stools. They do not have swivels. I have a party this weekend and do not have time to return them. Disappointed in the description versus what I recieved.

Table is of lower quality than I had hoped, but is sufficient for my purposes, and the price was good. Products arrived without any packing material, but were surprisingly not damaged during shipment. Table required assembly, but there were no assembly instructions.

First time shopping with this company. I was disappointed in the pricing. I am a Jacuzzi Premium Spa dealer and the price that Jacuzzi had worked with Stack Chair was not honored. There was a price increase. The table/chairs are part of the Jacuzzi Spa showroom design.

The only issue was that the table did not come with instructions on how to assemble. This would have been helpful, but eventually we figured it out.
