Store Your Media

Offered same media cabinet as several other on-lines stores for a few dollars cheaper, plus $20 off at checkout (shipping included). I ordered Jan 18, received a confirmation e-mail, my VISA got charged within 24 hours. I received an e-mail from UPS on Jan. 22 saying that billing info was received. Now 3 weeks later, same status and they are unreachable. I have e-mailed and called (left messages) without ANY response. Another negative - they are only open 9 hours a week - T/W/Th from 10-1 PST. What kind of business is only open 9 HOURS a week?

It's very obvious to me that some of these opinions your reading here are in Store "Store Your Media" representatives. Just like another previous poster, I too am having issues with this company.

I'm now going on over a month & no delivery after telling me that it's back ordered. I've sent and email..no return,
made a phone call & recording tells me their closed.
During the day during the week?

I smell trouble from this business brewing. Don't buy.

I have found another very good retailer. Have had difficulty getting what I needed from others in this market. Store You Media responded within hours to my email requesting my order be checked. Unit was shipped promptly and "as advertised".

I am pleased with their polite, intelligent nature and will continue to use this retailer as more storage is needed.

Great products and service on two occasions via ebay. They quickly shipped both the DVD cabinet which was great quality and the metal speaker stands. I am surprised to read several poor ratings from others on this company, as I could not have been more pleased with the purchases and response of Store Your Media. I would buy again from them, and certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection of quality products.

Don't even think about this seller! I too was sucked in by the price. I never received my shipment. They did cash my check but we have still not received the order. I have called - no one calls back. I have emailed and did get a curt response but still no delivery.

The phone seems to be on a recorder with no person there to ever answer. I would never do business with this company again.

I am not happy with Store Your Media. I ordered a small item on July 23. It's been over 5 weeks, and I still haven't received it. I've left phone messages the last 3 weeks, and no one has called back, despite the phone recording that states someone will get back to me as soon as possible!

After searching online for weeks, I found the perfect media storage cabinet on Storeyourmedia.com. I ordered it, but then decided we needed a larger one. I emailed the company and they called back the same day. They changed and processed the order. The cabinet arrived in a timely fashion, was beautiful and just what we wanted. I contacted them again about a billing issue & they corrected that promptly. The only area I would have improved upon is an updated e-mail confirmation once the order was changed. Otherwise it was a positive shopping experience and I would definitely use this company in the future.

Outstanding correspondence and rapid shipment. Prices are not only competitive but the lowest I was able to find from any e-tailer that carried these particular cabinets. The items arrived as described and intact (double boxing didn't hurt). Exactly the kind of retailer I prefer to do business with online because the correspondence was timely, correct, and had follow-up to make certain I was satisfied. Amazingly, the shipment time from this retailer was seven days less than another e-tailer and at the same price. After viewing their rather extensive inventory I will admit that I am definitely impressed and expect to do business with Frank at Media Online again.

This was my first time ordering from Store Your Media Online Store and I was very impressed. My order for a cabinet to store CDs was processed and shipped quickly. The product was accurately described with excellent photographs from different angles and so there were no surprises when it arrived. I was very pleased with the quality of the product

However, the CD cabinet was damaged in transit and this is where StoreYourMedia really became impressive. They responded to my e-mail notifying them of the damage within the hour, apologized (even though it clearly wasn't their fault), and said they would ship out a replacement within the next 3-5 days - without waiting until the defective unit was returned! In fact, they shipped out another unit within 2 days! The replacement unit arrived today in perfect condition. Outstanding, very responsive customer service!

I purchased a CD rack to store about 450 CDs. It was listed on Ebay and Amazon for varying prices and shipping costs. Basically if the price was low, the shipping was high. Yippee.

After a few iterations, I was able to negotiate a good deal on both and ended up beating the best price I saw out on Ebay. The item arrived quickly in great shape with no surprises.

The seller was responsive and forthright. I would recommend them to others looking for this type of product.

My experience was very positive, I actually cancelled my initial order and placed one for a bigger, better and prettier rack (men, huh?!). The first order was cancelled with no problems, and I received the DVD rack I wanted after exactly 11 days. I am very happy with it, looks great in my living room and the service was great!

I placed an order for a large capacity DVD cabinet and the product was shipped very quickly and nothing was damaged in transit. We have been searching for a cabinet of good quality and that could hold our large collection. I am happy that I ordered from Store Your Media because it was everything that I hoped for. The cabinet was very easy to assemble, is very good quality and looks absolutely beautiful in our family room. Didn't have one problem with placing the order or not receiving the product timely. I would definitely recommend Store Your Media to my family and friends!

I ordered over the weekend, it arrived on Thursday. It was packed very well, and I love the product. It is for media storage, and all my DVDs and CDs fit, and are covered by the door. Shipping included in the price made this quite a bit less expensive than other companies will a similar product.

Did not read reviews prior to ordering A/V rack...big mistake. They say 2-5 days to process order and 3 day express shipping, I've currently been waiting 8 business days and the item has still not been processed or shipped. E-mailed several times and phoned multiple times all in vain. Please, please, please avoid this place. Don't get sucked in to the 'free shipping' and 'free upgrade to 3 day express shipping' or '$20 off your order', this online merchant will take your money and run.

They are lies! Don’t believe at all. Their ads are usually shipping within 2-3 business day after payment clear. But after 6 business day (8 calendar days) they still not ship! Email question no answer! Until I fax and email cancels my order, they email sorry and say YOUR ITEM WILL SHIP IN ANY DAY! What do you thinks if you were buyer! Buy and don’t know when you will get it! Next week? Next month? Next year??? Avoid them. If I am not canceling they will never shipping! Bull sh seller!

This store sucks! I needed to return an item and they wanted to charge me almost 1/2 of what the item costs just to return it. They wanted to charge me for the original shipping - which was included in the price when I bought it! That means I'd be paying for shipping twice. Then I had to pay for the shipping to send it back to them! And on top of that they wanted a nice restocking fee.

There are a lot of media storage web sites - AVOID THIS ONE!!!
