I expected the cable that came free with the antenna to be the same quality as the other coaxial cable I purchased. It was not as good, and had no ends on the cable. This was not made clear in the ad material.

They used UPS without telling me after I requested USPS: 1. I got hit with brokerage fees equal to the cost of the goods. 2. I got no UPS tracking number or warning so I could redirect to a UPS store, and UPS's phone labyrinth is hell. I will never buy anything from Summit again and will disourage others.

Packaging was very good, no chance of damage, shipping time was excellent but shipping cost was somewhat higher then most other places. Overall, well satisfied.

I received my order in a surprisingly short time. Though the reception is not quite what I was hoping for, that is more likely my choice of antenna rather than anything you had control over. I would definitely shop via Summit Source again.

The product is excellent made, how ever disapointed in one thing. They supplied the coax for the ant. but forgot to add the end connectors, I think it was a oversite on there part. But would contact the MFG. and remind them that it was not complete. Phil

Article arrived faster than we expected. The rotor box and motor had everything we needed to replace the motor and box that went bad on our old antenna. Easy to replace, with the exception of being 30 ft up, sitting on the peak of a 10/12 pitch roof (ys - that's steep!). Of course this is not the products fault! One dissapointment w/ the rotor box: the dial doesn't lite, AND the channel locator stickers that are included are SO small you would need a magnifying glass to read them...we only can get 6 channels, so it's no biggie to us.:)
