Both in store and online, we have had good experiences shopping at Sur La Table. Just once we had a problem with getting a pitcher to match some margarita glasses that were shown together in a sale catalog. However, that problem happened a long time ago.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I have used SurLaTable many times and have always been satisfied. The one exception, and this isn't really a complaint, is that they gave me a coupon for free knife sharpening for shopping with them - HOWEVER, I live in SC and they are in OR, so there isn't any way I could use the free gift.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
