I've bought two things recently--I'm not sure which follow up this is. My experience with Sur la Table is ALWAYS top notch, and I have never needed to contact them about problems.

I have used SurLaTable many times and have always been satisfied. The one exception, and this isn't really a complaint, is that they gave me a coupon for free knife sharpening for shopping with them - HOWEVER, I live in SC and they are in OR, so there isn't any way I could use the free gift.

Sur La Table gets my order to me in perfect condition and faster than any other merchant I buy from online. I received my order in record time this time and the other three times I ordered from sur la table this past year. The one time I had to contact them at Christmas, they not only fixed my problem, but gave me a credit for my inconvenience!!!! Who else does that--no one. Three out of four items were received in perfect condition. I called customer service to report one item came broken. The phone rep was very helpful and nice. A replacement was sent out immediately. They should take a look at their packaging because I think the breakage was due to lack of proper packaging for so many breakable items.
