Decent web site--don't like that you have to "sign in" to track merchandise. In fact I really dislike any account. Why not just take orders each time. I feel Big Brother is watching, and the existance of an account makes indentity theft more likely.

I initially had trouble with the purchase due to using a gift card. I emailed swim outlet.com and received a very nice phone call in which I was able to purchase what I wanted. I have used this website many times, and I will continue to do so.

I selected the 3 suits by Ocean because they were 100% polyester and they were modest styles. I did have a question about the sizing, so I used the live chat feature and was able to chat with some one right away and he explained the sizing very clearly. After I had submitted my order, I realized I had been eligible for the free shipping, so the live chat person was able to refund the shipping charge immediately using my order #! I will definitely use SwimOutlet.com again and will certainly pass the word!

I don't know that I would shop this merchant again. I ordered swimsuits for my daughter to take on vacation and ordered them in plenty of time to get them before we left. I followed the tracking of the package all the way from California to my hometown in North Carolina and even onto the UPS truck "to its final destination". UPS made several trips into our development that day but no delivery was made to our address from this merchant. I found out from a phone call that I had to make to find out why they didn't deliver and was told that UPS turned my package over to the Postal Service for delivery due to the weight of the package. Since the USPS was closed for the holiday early that day and not open at all the next day, we didn't receive the package before we left on vacation. We then had to purchase 2 new suits while we are out of town spending another $80 dollars that we really didn't have to spend on swimsuits. My daughter was very upset and was really looking forward to her new suits from SwimOutlet.com. Will think twice before using this merchant again.

probably not as there is a no return policy and I can see why the shoes were so cheap they were different sizes for each foot. left foot was smaller than right This may have been an error but it feels strange to have 2 different sizes the shoes fit but one shoe is shorter than the other making it feel really strange

I use a P.O. Box shipping address because the package will be delivered to a secure locker and a key placed in my POB when it arrives and I can pick it up 24/7. Your shipping people send the box UPS and the driver leaves the package on my doorstep. I want you to understand that I want the package delivered parcel post not UPS because in my case it is more secure and more convinient. If UPS for some reason decided not to leave the package, I would have to take off work to drive 35 miles to their depot to get it. It might also get sent back to you. It has happened to me before so I try to set up shipments by parcel post.
