I use a P.O. Box shipping address because the package will be delivered to a secure locker and a key placed in my POB when it arrives and I can pick it up 24/7. Your shipping people send the box UPS and the driver leaves the package on my doorstep. I want you to understand that I want the package delivered parcel post not UPS because in my case it is more secure and more convinient. If UPS for some reason decided not to leave the package, I would have to take off work to drive 35 miles to their depot to get it. It might also get sent back to you. It has happened to me before so I try to set up shipments by parcel post.

Everything that I have ordered from Swim Oulet came really fast by Fed Ex and have been very happy with, I did send back a couple of items, one pair of goggles without rubber seals on the eyes and a bikini, which I didn't like the material, still waiting for my refund.

I feel the product needs a better description as I ordored a bathing suit and when I received it there was not a bra in it! It then cost me to ship it back for the one with a bra which I feel was not right. Now the suit is up around $10 more. I am waiting for the suit to arrive and hope this is the right one. The swim suit was on the small size for a size 10... I would buy another suit but a bigger size ... the fins and snorkel set are great... all in all I was happy with all my purchases.

The merchandise, price, and timely arrival were excellent. However, I was unable to track the order at any time. I was connected to the UPS sight but the response was always information unavailable at this time, try again later. I'm not sure if their website was experiencing difficulties.....
