Great quality item at a great price! The selection was unbelievable and we got the exact stand we had pictured in our minds (and we couldn't find anything comparable locally). The quality is excellent and the guys did a nice job with the free in home delivery. We couldn't be happier with the product.

The tracking info I received for my package was deceiving. The information was when it was to arrive at the warehouse, not to my doorstep. They did not inform me that they were shipping the item to MA (even though the item originated in CA) only to ship it right back to CA. Seems like a waste of expenses as well as shipping time!

Shopping experience was excellent. However, the product was somewhat more difficult to put together than I had anticipated. One would need the correct tools to put it together in a quick and straightforward fashion. Since I didn't have those tools, it was not easy for me to assemble it, altho I succeeded in the end. The potential difficulties of assembling the product I ordered could have been made clearer up front. It took me approximately 3 hours to assemble the product, with several blisters on my hand.

I love the corner tv unit, was damage to door, they immediately sent me a new one. unfortunately the doors holes were not drilled correctly and I was unable to use. I called and they once again were so helpful and are sending out a new door. Keep your fingers crossed that all is good. Thanks for a wonderful place to shop online with such great customer service. Shopping was very easy at tv stands.com. and I received my tv stand quickly. I wasn't quite happy with the condition it was in since I spent $1000.00 on this piece of furniture and I received it with a little damage. One of the doors on the unit will not stay closed and there were numerous scratches on the unit. I did not complain because it is too big and too much trouble to return. The unit is beautiful and the scratches are easy to hide, but I can't get that door to stay closed.

nowhere on the website does it say you have to assemble products. When it arrived we are in shock. Plus, there were so many parts and poor directions we had to hire a handyman to assemble. The main shelf was damaged in front and others did not align with holes for assembly.

Order not shipped for 5 days (longer time than they specified in confirm and other pre-sale info) which caused some problem in getting furniture assembled when needed. TV stand short (3) 2" screws which their customer service told me would be sent out shortly (over a week now with no receipt) If and when screws arrive I will have to drive 15 miles to install. I would think that it would be nice if at least one extra of each screw, fastener, etc. were included in assembly package.
