 I would not shop here again

I ordered Duracell batteries from the website and it was listed as a 72 pack of 9-volt, 144 packs of AA and AAA.  They were each about $24 with a coupon and shipping was $10 each.  I received the packages the next day and I was sent a 24 pack of 9-volt and 36 packs of the others.  I called to see what had happened and after waiting 40 minutes I was told that it was a mistake and I should have known that batteries would cost more than that.  My e-mail confirmation still says the quantities that I had ordered but I was told that this was just a manufacturer's number.  They refused to pay for shipping things back and I'll be surprised if they credit me back at all.  I am out $14 dollars to ship them back.

The Nerds suck.  I returned an item after getting authorization to do so.  They refused to refund my money, so I had no refund and no product.  I finally had to get my credit card company to remove the charge.  This is one of the worst companies with which I have ever dealt.

Flawless. Extremely fast shipping. I bought it yesterday and today it was on my doorstep when I got home-it was a little freaky that it was that fast. For most on-line companies, the thing would still be in the warehouse. And they have fairly esoteric stuff, like a TY-FB8HM HDMI terminal board. The price was extremely competitive (at least $25 cheaper than most) and shipping costs were reasonable ($10). In addition, I paid for the the 'rush processing' ($3.99) which I felt was well worth the minimal charge.

I just ordered a computer part and the price and shipping cost was very good. I will update my review when I receive my order. I ordered on a Friday, and am in San Diego. Let's see how long it takes to get it. I am in no great hurry, but lets see if the times are good. NewEgg.com is very fast. But, TheNerds.net had a much much better price for the item.

Purchased toner for close to $1000 for my color printer. The toner (per manufacturer) broke my equipment and I had to pay to get it repaired. TheNerds.net blew me off every time I called to get money back with their "100% guarantee" on that Radian toner.
These guys are bogus. Any of the product they sell is defective, they will dodge you and will never give you money back.
These guys are scum.

I've bought an Acer Ferarri 3000 laptop from thenerds.net, outstanding customer service at the time. There's something wrong with the shipping selection, 1st there was no charged then the minute i clicked on "submit," it charged me $75+. I called customer service and tell them what happened, they gave me $28 credit on shipping. It's still a lot but atleast i did not have to pay for tax. Delivery was on time (2-3days), i was satisfied with the whole process.
