I paid for two day shipping. I received the product 5 days later. I attempted to call but their phone mail box was full. I emailed them, stating that I shouldn't have to pay for two day service due to not receiving the item within 3 or fewer days and I got an email back thanking me for my order with a tracking number.

very pleased with the pool cleaner. requested and paid for next day air delivery and item was shipped ups ground. email was not returned when inquired why. bottom of box was busted open when received.

The box the product was delivered in was only slightly crushed at the end but I did not open it yet because I think it probably is ok and I put it away until next year for my Christmas display. I change the display each year, so this was for next year anyway. It was good shopping with Pool Zone and I appreciate the sale offered.
