Wonderful, excellent, outstanding! I ordered my products on Monday and I received them on Wednesday. Their customer service is wonderful and I found everything I was looking for all on one website, which is rare. I will definitely be coming back in the future! HIGHLY recommend!

Horrible company. Shipped wrong product and never never rectified the situation. Customer service was terrible. They stated that certain policies exist when they did not. Do noy buy anything from this company.

Why Not just give the rebate? Why Mail-in? Extra Money, extra postage, extra time spent by customer for something that could be done at time of purchase.
Most of the time the shipping & handling charges are MUCH inflated. This is VERY POOR customer service. Your goal should be : To provide a quality product at the MOST attractive price.

The box containing the glasses was shipped within another box, cushioned by shredded newspaper. I was initially concerned about the condition of the glasses because the outer box was not in good condition...one edge barely held together, the newspaper poking through. Happily, the contents was in fine condition.

The service was great and I love the trays. One was cracked and I emailed customer service and they emailed me back that they would get a replacement out ASAP. I will definitely order again. Have shown my friends the trays and I think they will be ordering soon.

The customer service department was excellent. They quickly informed me via phone that one of my items was not in stock and made alternate arrangements. Plus they helped in correcting an error that I made when ordering.

They had great service but my order apparently had to go freight and their tracking wouldn't track it. So after calling and no one answering I had to do live chat. They figured out that the order went freight and told me. I recommend them, they have good service but could enhance their tracking side.

Nice Product.
Packages were delivered on time but soaking wet. Boxes were so wet, they were unusable as storage for the containers.
