The only negative I had with them is they sent a large box with no packing around it. If the package were to be a bit mishandled, the toner being a sensitive device, may have been damage. So, packing should be safe.

Wow! I placed my order at 3:30pm on a Mon. afternoon and received it the next morning (Tue) at about 10:30am. Speediest service EVER - and did not request or pay for Express shipping.
