I was very disappointed with US1, I ordered online, they called the next day to confirm, tried to sell me more. I ordered overnight shipping and did not receive the item and waited an hour on to phone to get a refund. I never received my money and can not get a hold of anyone for a reason. Stay Away.

These guys are terrible, they try to up sell you with extras you do not require and try to make you feel like you are getting a deal.

I was short changed when I returned something and good luck getting through to their customer services department. Expect a 40-50min wait on the phone and then average service

I dismissed the other reviews as hard to please people and ordered from this company anyways. I'm sorry I did. They were disrespectful and refused to answer any of my questions when I questioned their business practices. When I called and canceled my order the guy that canceled it said "Whatever, bye," and hung up on me when I began to complain about their customer service. Do not shop with this company!

So, I checked out us1photo/us1camera at a few review sites (resellerratings and here) before buying.  The majority of the reviews were good, so I went ahead and ordered our camera.  I placed the order on a tuesday with promises that it would arrive in 7-9 business days.  9 business days later I get an email telling me to call Patrick at us1photo.  At this point I realize I've been duped, but I call anyway.  he asks me "I was just wondering if you have any questions?" Are you kidding me? just send me my camera!  Anyway, then he tried to sell me all these "necessary" accessories, which I politely declined.  I was told the camera would be shipped the next day and I would receive a tracking # via email.  Instead, I got an email cancelling my order due to the "unforseen volume of sales".  Unbelievable.  DO NOT BOTHER with this company.  I was delighted to find the same camera on newegg.com for $10 more and free 3-day shipping... so worth it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY PRICE. This company should be closed down. Just read the real reviews throughout the Internet. What they do is criminal. They falsely advertise, don't stock anything, and use deceptive tactics to get your order. Because of this they delay your ship  of products they don't have.They try to sell you an expedited three day delivery service. This is a rip off. They seem to only ship one day a week by routine. I ordered a Nikon D90 from them and what I got was a grey camera which they tried to disguise as a USA warranty camera. They will repackage and falsely label the product. I wonder how many other people got screwed and don’t know it. Customer Service is poor to non-existent.  They don’t answer your calls, nor return them. THEY DON"T CARE. They are rude and confrontational. Ordered a Nikon D40 camera kit from US1Camera.com.  Two days later someone calls to try and sell me the extended warranty for the camera.  I don't bite on the sell.  I reviewed my account on the website and it indicated that my order was being processed.  After four days, my account indicates that my order has been sent for drop shipment.  Twelve days later I still have not received my camera.  I call customer service and wait on hold for 30 minutes to find out that my camera is out of stock and has not been shipped.  Very disappointed in the customer service.  I canceled the order and searched the web finding the camera on sale at Amazon.com for $20 cheaper and got it delivered in four days.

This was my 1st order with US1 camera.  I placed my order on Nov. 18.  Received an Email on Nov. 23 from Patric.  He told me the two cameras I had ordered were not available in black finish, but only available in silver finish.  I told him OK to ship the cameras with silver finish.  He also asked if I needed any memory cards and I told him no.  He was not pushy! No notification until Dec. 1 when I called to see where the shipment was.  The lady (Name Unknown) told me I would receive it on Dec. 4.  I couldn't believe the cameras were delivered By UPS Dec. 4 as she had said. GREAT!  Guess what?  Both cameras were black finish as orginally requested.  Would certainly recommend this supplier.

I had ordered a  Nikon D60 w/18-55mm VR Lens Kit. Though the price was the lowest on the web, I did not know that this transaction would turn out to be an nightmare. It has been almost three weeks now and I have not received the camera. The customer service is not friendly at all, not to mention about thier attitude. If I had to do it again, I would have used Buydig.com or buy.com as my past experience was more pleasant and unlike us1camera.com or us1photo.com, they actually delivered what they promised.

This has been by far the worst on-line ordering experience I had and it is still not over! I submitted the order more than two weeks ago and  sent the necessary ID verification documents immediately. It took them three days to check my identification and to put the order to this so-called "warehouse processing & packing" stage. And it has been at this stage since then! All the ordered items were allegedly in-stock!
None of the three sales rep I had contact with reply my emails regarding the shipment date. But they charge you as soon as you submit the order. I regret so much falling for their low prices! I would have taken hundreds of pictures by now if I had ordered elsewhere. I hope they will at least send (if ever) the correct items.

The merchant didn't send me what I ordered. I repeatedly contacted them and they still haven't given me the correct Sony part. Deceptive advertising in addition to delays in receiving the camera and memory. AND, I waited for more than 20 minutes each time I called them AND they NEVER responded to my email queries. Don't order from this merchant.

After a lot of searching, US1 was the best price. Was concerned based on customer reviews about the reported delays in shipping. Didn't need the camera right away so I gave US1 a try. Everything was great. Product shipped as promised and arrived before I expected it. I chose the free shipping option for delievery in 7 to 9 days. I ordered my Canon Rebel XSi DSLR camera on a Friday, was sent an email the following Thursday saying it had shipped, and received the camera the next day. Overall, it was what online shopping should be - great price, free shipping that arrived on time and no hassles or unexpected events.
