Unfortunately, the Guardian Alert I purchased was defective. The manufacturer referred me back to Unbeatable Sales for a refund or replacement. Polly Whalen in customer service arranged for the Alert to be returned and I received a new, working replacement within a week; she was wonderful to work with.

If there was a way to calculate shipping in advance, I missed it even after looking. So, I assumed when I processed my order I would be shown the final cost before final submission. Wrong. After my order was committed, I was shown the shipping cost. I was furious. I immediately e-mailed customer service and also a specific person at Unbeatable Sale, and as yet this remains unresolved probably because it's the weekend. Regardless of how they resolve this I will NEVER shop with this online retailer again. It is just unconsionable to charge shipping in this manner.

I received the smart antenna in good time. However, the package looked like it had been sent by an amateur. When opened, it reeked of cigar smoke. I aired it out, but the cable continued to reek of cigar smoke. I called them and advised them of this. They gave me a post-paid RMA. I indicated that I wanted a replacement. I then got an email that they no longer had any in stock and refunded my payment. Other than sending an obviously previously owned item, the customer service was fine. I am disappointed that I do not have a good product. I am appalled that I got a product in that condition, being sold as 'new'. On Q#7, there should be another choice ~ Maybe or It depends.

Unbeatable Sale offers a clear cut web page and shopping site. They give complete information and details including pictures. The pictures allowed me to make the correct choice. The site was easy to use and the follow up was quick. Delivery came faster than expected and I was happy to see they used recycled boxes. I believe this is an excellent merchant.

I found exactly what I was looking for at unbeatablesale.com, though was disappointed to find it out of stock. Imagine my suprise when the items shipped weeks before I expected them to. I am very happy with the overall shopping experience. I will certainly be back in the future.

After waiting for a week for the tracking #, I emailed customer service asking for it. To my suprise, the shoes that I was waiting for never shipped! I got this message - Due to high demand for the Pleaser Expose-2050 5.5 Inch Stack Heel 1.5 Inch Platform Boots Size 7, the item became unavailable. Why did no one bother to inform me about it? That is horrible customer service. But atleast after asking, I got excellent communication with Nicole Russell Thanks, Nicole. You are the best

I had a major problem at checkout. The items I placed in my basket and the quantities and total price were correct when I put in my payment info and clicked the completion button. My receipt, however, showed that one of the items changed to 5 times the quantity and the credit card was charged accordingly. I immediately called them and they corrected the error and gave me an additional discount for my trouble. While they handled the error very well, and were very nice in doing so, I felt that the error should not have happened in the first place. All my items arrived on time and in good condition.

They charge excessively for freight. I will share this tid bit of information with everyone I know. It is nearly "deceptive" in how they apply the charges. You don't know until AFTER you've provided your CC number. I'm waiting to hear back from these people as I have requested the cancellation of my order.

First, UnbeatableSale, Inc. is true to its name, since the item purchased from them was the cheapest that I could find on the web.  I was very pleased with my experience, as the item was exactly what I was looking for, UnbeatableSale offered the best price, and the shipping was much quicker than most other online stores.
