Shipment of order was delayed and they upgraded the shipping method in order to get the order to me on time, which was much appreciated. upside over has the best web site I have seen for the products they sell. excellent links for getting to the exact items one wishes to compare. one potential problem I had is that the carrier (UPS ground) left the package on the ground at the street by my mailbox instead of delivering it to the door. this is definitely not acceptable as anyone could have picked up the box. it arrived after dark on thursday, dec.4.

UpsideOver is an awesome company with outstanding products for active parents who want their kids to have the same quality equipment and clothing they have. My only regret is that my son has outgrown childrens sizing and I can no longer shop here. The customer service at this company is outstanding and every order I have ever placed has arrived the very next day, even though I did not select or pay for overnight shipping.

The website was very easy to use, shipped the same day, received 1-2 days later. Very good experience. The rain coats are excellent, well worth the money (OK, well, I haven't tried them in the rain yet, but they are very lightweight, and they appear water resistant!)

I just received my order. I was very pleased about delivery time, quality (no damages), etc... but was extremely upset about the paiement and will need to contact UpsideOver about this subject. When I ordered the product on Internet, the requested fees where "all inclusive" (what I mean is that I paid for the products a high cost for the shipment). And when receiving the product, I have been asked by the carrier to pay an additionnal 88? as custom fees (around 145$). To me, this way of proceeding is not acceptable: this additionnal cost has never been mentionned and at the time I have been asked to pay for it, I didn't have any more choice than to pay as the product and transport had already been paid. If it had been mentionned right at the beginning, I would have had a full picture, but doing that way, I have to make my decision on a price which is not (by far) the real final one. For that reason only, I mentionned at the beginning of this survey that the overall rating is for me "unacceptable" and that if I had to make a similar purchase in the future, I would probably not shop at this merchant again.

I ordered six items. One arrive on schedule and the tracking system indicated the rest had been received. When I E-mailed the company they discovered that the shipping had been mixed up and the item I received never had a tracking number and the ones I didn't get did. They then said that a number of items I ordered were not in stock and opined that perhaps that was why the rest of the order never went out. I was given a variety of alterantives but asked to have the balance credited back to my card. It has been several days and nothing heard. The reason that I won't buy here in the future is that the company's did not competently handle my order and I don't need the aggravation when I've got plenty of other places to buy.
