they have been a good company before, but this time the order said it was placed on my account online but it really wasn't so it was almost received late. But, they did upgrade and cover the faster shipping so it would get here on time. I plan on using them again, but I hope this problem doesn't happen again.

I am a hand therapist and am working with a client with a burn injury to his hand. This client was not able to return to work until the glove was delivered. The billing address was incorrect but instead of receiving an email or phone call they sent a post card. I do not understand why they would send a post card as the primary means of contacting me if they knew that the address was incorrect to begin with!!!! Because of this, we had to pay EXTRA for overnight shipping and this SIGNIFICANTLY bumped up the price of the glove both for my company and for the client's insurance company. I really do not feel that this was handled appropriately and I will likely find a different glove company for future purchases.

I was a little confused about my order when I recieved the product. I ordered twelve 6oz. cans(so I was led to beleive), and I recieved twelve 4oz. cans. I'll just have to pay closer attention to the merchant's definition of product size,and or weight.

I got a message saying the order could not be filled and I would be refunded the balance. I would rather have ordered a different vest. I still need to purchase ten vests. I may try to order again.
