I was not contacted that the Bug Off Garlic Supplement would not be available. I would have ordered another aluspray had I had the opportunity to adjust my order to save on shipping costs. As it was I paid almost double just to have one dinky product sent as opposed to getting the two products. I was quite disappointed with the information sent as to my order. The site said there would be a delay due to a back order, then it sent me an email stating that only the aluspray was sent almost a week later. I had to order the supplement from another site with additional shipping at a higher cost to me. Very upsetting.

It would be great if I could get case breaks on Chlorhexiderm instead of purchasing by the bottle. I will continue to look for case sales, but I will continue to shop here. Raising Springers and English Setters I go through a large qty of flush.

I ordered the product on May 4,2009. Today is May 19th and I have yet to receive my order. When I phoned customer service to inquire about the order I was told the product was on back order and would be shipped out shortly. Keep in mind this was after the promised 4-5 day shipping period had already expired. Completely unacceptable business practice. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Delivery is a scam. 4~5 days is not true. 20 days.
I tried so much to get in contact but it seems that they don't have customer service anymore. No email reply, no phone call reply. Its always the machine asking to leave a number. Their hrs are 830~5pm est but no luck during that hr. They seem to have released my info to third party. I started receiving phone calls after making a purchase. I even got money charged on stuff I never did buy. I am even considering civil law suite against them for releasing my info. |

I ordered 3 different products from VetAmerica and was told there was a delay in shipment. If the order was delayed for more than 1-3 days, they would let me know. Then they sent a partial order and said one of the items that I ordered was out of stock. The reason why I ordered everything together was to save on shipping...they charged me for the entire shipping amount but never sent the full order. When I contacted customer service, they said they had sent an e-mail saying they didn't have one of the products. I never received it so asked them to re-send the e-mail but of course they weren't able to find it (BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE). I order everything online and all other companies ask before shipping partial orders. VetAmerica did not because they didn't want to lose the business. I will never oder from them again!!
