Cancelled my order without emailing me and giving me any reason. Didnt stop them from charging cc though.  Very dissapointed.

Pricing was good. However the product (several bottles of shampoo) had leaked in the box when the tops popped off. The bottles had been packed loosely in the box. I lost some product and had to clean up a major mess. I contacted the company THREE times to request a credit.
They responded that they received the info but have not been at all accommodating. It's been a few weeks.

Site is easy to navigate. Would prefer more details on products and better pictures. my credit card was billed twice for my order and it took contacting company twice to correct this matter. Was not able to contact them by phone but they did respond to email.
