My experience with WhateverSports has been disgusting and frustrating!

The shopping was easy--the "getting" was impossible! I still have an order open with them--entered the order 12/4/07 and today is 2/5/08! Obviously it was a Christmas present---I have called them dozens of times, never get a person, only an answering machine. Never get a return call. I have e-mailed them dozens of times, just received my first response from them. My open item shows "backordered!" yet they tell me in my e-mail the order is complete. Then, when they list the backordered item, they have a new price on it---a higher price than the one that was confirmed to me when I entered the order. As of today, I have no idea what the status of my order is, nor how much they are charging me for it. Their customer service is worse than horrible. I feel their business practices boarder of unethical.

Buying is easy, getting the stuff you bought is the issue! I ordered on November 21, and on the 26th or so I had still not gotten a confirmation or anything of my order, so I emailed them. Two days later, I got a reply that my order was shipped November 28. He provided me with a USPS tracking number, but it has said my package is "processed" in Atlanta, GA since December 2. I live in PA. Who knows when I'll get the stuff - it is only 2 items and very small items at that, and it's been almost 3 weeks now.
UPDATE! I received an email December 4th from Whateversports.com regarding my order that one item is actually on backorder, and that my shipped package only contains the other item. The backordered item won't arrive in house to be shipped for another 12-14 days. This was news I could have used 3 weeks ago, when I actually ordered the item in time for Christmas. I guess this company really puts the "whatever" in whateversports. I won't use them again. |

Just wanted to say thank you for getting all of my items here in time for my brothers birthday. I was satisfied with all my items I ordered. This is the first time I have ordered from WhateverSports.com and I will most likely order from you again.

Unsatisfactory experience

I placed an order with WhateverSports.com in early December. I have not received the order. The company has not responded in any way to the order placed, not by phone or email. They have read my emails that I sent them but have not responded. I consider that completely unsatisfactory and would not place an order with them again.

I placed an order, easy enough to do. The reason I am rating them so poorly is their complete lack of communication. I did not receive an email confirmation of my order. I requested an order status via email (no response) and phone. First I left a voice mail, no response and then the voice mail was full. Not only would I never order from them again, I'm ready to cancel my order - should anyone answer the phone!

Ordering was simple. Confirmation next day but no tracking number or estimate of delivery time. 3 emails and phone calls
produced no replies. Poor customer service. Still don't know when I will receive the order. |

Have not received call back after 4 days of leaving messages and sending emails. I have not received my order yet, it's not late, but I cannot get a real person to answer the phone.

Placed my order Dec 10, 2005, still haven't received. Customer service claims that my order invoice was sent to my e-mail Dec 12, 2005, never received that either, to top it off the one item was listed as back-ordered, it was available in stock the day I ordered it, and they claimed my order was shipped the end of the week of Dec 16th. It is Dec 26th and my two Christmas gifts still haven't arrived. Tried to call phone number from confirmation receipt (instant day of order) voice mailbox was full and wouldn't take anymore calls, finally e-mailed and got the vague statement as listed above. I would not purchase from this store again.
