Whole Latte Love was highly recommended to us and we were very excited to order the products we wanted. We love the products and they arrived one day before we expected BUT the creamer top has three scratches in it. Very disappointed in that but it's not worth the trouble of exchanging a product so small because of shipping costs and waiting time. We also provided a link at time of purchase for a price match on the Bodum Columbia French Press which we assumed would be matched and our price would be lower. We instead were charged full price. It was not stated and we are unclear as to what purpose this may have served, i.e. we let you know there was an identical product that we could purchase elsewhere for a lower price but instead chose to purchase through your company. Shouldn't a refund for the difference be provided to us? This is the impression we were given. How can that be resolved? We feel strongly about this especially due to the three scratches that were on the creamer top. FYI the scratches are noticeable and quite large considering the size of the creamer top. Being stainless steel we will have to just live with it and be somewhat disappointed every time we use it OR we would have to find a shipping box, package the product up, make a trip to a shipping store (we live very rurally and going to town is not an every day occurrence!), spend money on postage and then WAIT for a new item to arrive once it has been received by you and gone through processing the claim. These are our biggest disappointments in shopping at Whole Latte Love.
(1. very noticeable scratches on creamer top and hassle of exchanging. 2. price match not dealt with in any way although a link was provided to show a lower price available thru another company)

Just haven't received it yet. Standard shipping of items from them is slow, but it's free with a minimum purchase, so I am happy with it. In the past (not this purchase) I had some CS runarounds that were frustrating because they were regarding a $1300 superautomatic espresso machine. Took a very long time to resolve (at least 2 months), because they had no single person take ownership of the issue. I finally had to get American Express involved. I don't think it was ill will that caused the problem -- just seemed like a small operation that was growing beyond its 'systems' (managers would all be in a meeting, or if the bookkeeper wasn't there, they couldn't take care of credits, etc.). I still buy from them because my issues were ultimately resolved and I never thought they were trying to rip me off--just were poorly organized. Now I just buy beans for the machine; they have a good selection, good prices, and free shipping when I buy their 3-pack.

What I really wanted was a tamper, and was not given adequate information about the status of the order. I did not expect the order to be shipped until all products were available, but the products that WERE available were sent, but with no notice about whether or not I will still receive the tamper.

The web site offered free 3 days shipping if I spent a bit more than the product I really wanted, so to get it faster I ordered something else. One week after that (the order is supposed to be shipped in 48 hours), I called and they told me that one of the extra things was back ordered, and if I wanted the rest to be shipped right away. I told them to ship it right away. Almost one week later, they told me that they didn't ship to PO Boxes (no mention on the web site). Long story short, I received the order in a bit less than 3 weeks instead of one week.

Whole Latte Love has been excellent to work with. The machine arrived on time in good shape. However, it leaked badly. Tech support took the complaint over the phone and made arrangements to send the machine back for replacement. I'm disappointed that Gaggia would let such an obvious problem slip through, but WLL is making it right.

The web site and sale process was easy to understand and effective. I believe the shortcoming of the "sale" process was that the merchant didn't indicate to me that the product was on back order. I only learned about the back order in an email they sent to me after the fact. I expect to receive the product this next week which is acceptable to me. JD
