The order took too long to arrive - out in California Company was alright - never really dealt with them by phone I misunderstood the dimensions and was surprised at the product - althought the product is in great shape and high quality.

My only disappointment was the fact that one of the baseball hats was detached...however, I quickly repaired it with glue and I know my grandson will be happy with this gift... Regards... Beverly Giannoni

I was somewhat disappointed that half of the items that I ordered were not shipped. The invoice stated that they were out of stock and to reorder at the specified date. Only one product had a reorder date.
