Good experience for my first time. I found the web page a little confusing when shopping for a non- specific product. Example, shopping for gold standard whey was easy, however looking for liquid B-complex it was not as seamless. Good site, good selection, will return.

It is disappointing that there is no tracking number for my order. So there is no way to know where is my order currently. I may buy from the site again, but depends on the conditions of the product when i receive it and when will the delivery be made. My previous experience with Vitamins.com was much pleasant. FYI.

I like your product very much. I have purchased this product from you many times on-line. In the past, I have not had any problems buying this product from you. This time when I didn't receive the product in the expected time frame, I called and was told I had checked the check/money order box and that you were waiting on the check or money order to arrive. I don't remember doing that, but even if I did, why would I have taken the time to enter my credit card number information in the order form. I feel I should have been contacted about the conflict of information on the order form, if indeed there was a conflict of information. If there is not, there should be some sort of stop/check system in place for such errors/mistakes. John Chenault

terrible! my product hasnt been shipped yet and its 10days later. they said the products not in stock and have no idea when it will be. this is completely ridiculous since there is no indicator on the site to say its out of stock, it just says under availability, this product is usually shipped same day. this is affecting my training and is unacceptable. i will definitely be requesting a full refund and will never use this site even again, if my order hasnt been shipped over the next couple of days

The product I ordered was substituted with a similar product. The customer service representative apologized and said they were sending a replacement ... and they sent the same similar product! BTW, the replacement requires "twice as many" for the same dosage, so I'll just take the double dose until its used up -- it was a fairly expensive vitamin! The people were pleasant, but they should have just said they didn't have the product I ordered instead of trying to make-do.
