We opened a new office and needed scales. With so much information available online it was difficult to choose the right scale for our practice. Since Wholesale Point had the best prices, we decided to call them. We did not expect much in the way of customer service, but were we surprised. David at Wholesale point was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys not only have the best pricing, they also offer a partnership program for doctors who want to buy products form them for resale to their patients. They supply the website, products and order fulfillment services for orders placed by our patients.

It was refreshing to get a good deal and excellent customer service from an online dealer.

I was suspect of a company without a customer experience rating.

The product I ordered was competitively priced (it was the lowest, but several others were in the ballpark) and the website had good product information and links to the product I ordered.

AFTER I ordered the product, I had a question for the customer service department. They responded within 3 hours, which was great since my question was left with them after 7pm EST.

The shipping went smoother than I expected. The product was delivered in good working condition and there was no damage to the box holding the product or the product.

I have placed several orders, may 20 or so in the last 5 years, online. This is one of my best experiences ordering online.

This is one honest online store! I am so sick of chasing a "low price" on these shopping sites only to find they either do not have it in stock or there is a "handling fee".

These guys have live customer support, carry the full line of Tanita scales and have the best bottom prices on the entire line...add same day shipping and you get what you should expect - Great all around service!

I bought both personal scales as well as scales for my weight loss (medical) practice.
