we enjoyed the tiles so much, but found we needed more than want was included in one kit to complete some of the patterns. We ordered a second set and had to wait a long time to recieve them. We expect to enjoy them for a long time to come.

Ordered the kitchen kit. Received a call that it was not available but could get a refund or substitute. Person was knowedgeable (and spoke English) about available subs and we decided to try the backyard kit. We received a tracking email once the new item was on it's way. Our grandson loved it and it arrived exactly on time. Though initially we were disappointed in availability, the overall experience was handled very professionally.

when i placed the order, WonderBrains should have let me know if the items that i ordered are available or not. one of the itmes that i ordered is out of stock and this delay the shippment which i need them before a particular date.
