Smooth and efficient as far as I can determine; there were no wrinkles to be ironed out, once I understood which information was to be supplied upon ordering (credit card authorization).

the product i tried to order was out of stock. i received a phone call regarding this, and when i called to cancel my order, i received another call. i wasn't happy about numerous calls, emails that you couldn't outright cancel an order from without playing tag with the service reps.
