The delivery service they use was horrible. I ended up returning the item and getting stuck with shippinagd restocking fee. I WILL NEVER do business with them again.

Thrilled ! Found the lowest price here. Their price saved me more than $30 over other sources and shipping was free. Their website customer service section provided access to the product manual so I could review product information and assembly instructions before I bought it. Follow-up calls to them (necessitated by my mistakes) were answered quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied.

I purchased my elliptical, put it together, and found out there is a plugin for charging a battery. I used the contact number to buy/order the part, and never heard from anyone. I would like to utilize the charger, due to using the equipment alot, and don't want to have to use so many batteries. If this helps me to order, please contact me.

2 pieces received were broken, wanted to start using it so we made it work. One was the main bottom cross bar it was so bent my husband used a mallet to bend it back into shape.

The box came in damaged, with holes torn in the back. The carrier left it on the front porch holes down, and peeled rubber down the street. Luckily the product was undamaged and easy to put together.

Shopping experience was great. Order came on time but had to send first order back, box was damaged and parts were falling out, must have been damaged in shippment. Called and they imediatley ordered a new one for me. Second shipment was fine.
