Be careful. They have hidden shipping charges. The actual charges don't show up on your order. Instead of $8.99 they will tack on an axtra $15. When I went to cancel my order, they want to charge 10% restocking fee for something that was never shipped.

1st order.  Took a month to get my order even when they said the product was in stock. 

2nd order.  Ordered TWO 10 lb containers of chocolate whey.  They only sent me ONE container and it was vanilla BUT they charged me for TWO.

They have NO PHONE NUMBER for customer service and have NEVER answered any of my emails to their customer service email address.

I'm going to have to consider the $50 a loss and a lesson learned NEVER TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Very unprofessional outfit.  Used a coupon code they provided in an email, when I checked out I recieved the 20percent discount.  After recieving my credit card statement they charged my card the full amount.  Purchased 2 bottles of Gammo O for 128.98 - 24 discount, for 104.98.  After checking out and recieving merchandise they tell me the coupon does not apply and charged my card full amount of 128.98. Spoke with Karen and Steve to resolve this issue totally unprofessional and am now taking it up with my credit card company.  Being that I have a paid invoice from World Class Nutrition for 104.98 I expect to get complete satisfaction from my credit card company. Will not deal with them again and good luck to whoever chooses to do so.

This was the all time worst place I have ever ordered from. I called twice to ask about my order , they didn't answer. But they did email me and they told me to stop calling them , and what was wrong with me , was I stupid? I can't remember everything they said ( it has been about 2 years ago ) but they were beyond rude and I just could not believe what I was reading. I was stunned. I wish I could remember everything they said to me. It was terrible. I did email them back telling them how nasty they were in a few choice words. I finally did after 2 weeks receive my order. Do not order from these lunatics. There are much nicer and safer companies to order from. Places that actually appreciate your business.

I never received my order, they claimed the product I ordered was out of stock and when I still haven't received my order after several months I asked for a refund but it never came through either. I emailed them but they don't reply and I tried calling them and the operator said he can't help because the line is for placing orders only. DON"T SHOP THERE! Terrible service.

Warning!!!!!!!! My husbands order was canceled, they said insuficiant billing info, well then I guess they figured it out and took the money out of our account any way! $208!! We never recieved any merchandise for it. It has taking me four months to actually get someone on the phone, the man was rude and acted like I did something wrong! I had to lie in an e-mail and say that I wanted to place a $500 order and I was having so much trouble ordering could someone please, please call me and help me order....well..5 minutes later they called, imagine that! They said they would check into it and see is we QUALIFIED for a REFUND!!!! Check the Better Business Bureau site before you try to order you will see what I am talking about, trust me everything you can complain on we experienced, my husband made another order before all this happened and it took TWO months to get our order! They are AWFUL!!!!!!

Very please with the service. I called the customer service line with questions regarding some products and I received excellent product information from a informative person. Place my order on a Monday and received it on Wednesday and got a free t-shirt. Best prices that I could find. Received my tracking number in my email the day I placed my order. Fast delivery and great service, I would recommend placing an order with this company.

I have never been so satisfied. What great service. I got a free shirt and my order the next day and I only paid for ground shipping. I have been using vitamins for 25 years and their prices are lower than every co I have used. I was with another online supplement store and my friend told me about World CLass Nutrition. My 87 year old mother ordered online with them, that is how easy they make it. I love them!!!

Worst experience! I placed my order more than a year ago. The products never arrived and they promised a refund which also never happened. I called their hotline but they refused to talk because 'it's for orders only'. BEWARE, i really think it's a scam. If you read the 'post-transaction survey' by Yahoo-shopping, you will see that many others have not received their orders either, but WCN was quick to charge to their credit cards so there is little way of getting the money back.

POSITIVELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD SHOPPING ON THE INTERNET.

AFTER 5 WEEKS OF WAITING FOR DELIVERY, I HAD TO TRACK IT DOWN VIA AIRBORNE.

THEY SAID IT WAS LOST.

WHEN I CONTACTED WORLD CLASS(LESS) NUTRITION, AND REQUESTED THAT THEY PLEASE SEND ANOTHER PRODUCT, I'VE ALREADY WAITED OVER A MONTH AND DON'T WISH TO WAIT ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS, THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE.

THEN I REQUESTED A CANCELLATION (BECAUSE I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY AS INCOMPETENT AND INCONSIDERATE AS THEIRS. AND GUESS WHAT: INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND TRYING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT; THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THEY WOULD ONLY CREDIT MY VISA AFTER THEY WERE SURE THE FIRST PRODUCT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. (WHICH, OF COURSE, IT WASN'T ACCORDING TO AIRBORNE.)
