I still have not received my order. Two weeks after placing it, I contacted them to find out why I had not heard anything. They told me my order was backordered from the factory. If they did not find out until that time that it was backordered, then why did they not place the order sooner and find out sooner about the backorder. If they knew earlier, why did they not tell me earlier, without me needing to contact them first. They should have told me before I ordered anything that items would require backorder.

I purchaced the umbrella on 6/22/09 I was told it was going to be shipped on 7-01 . when I went on line it stated it was going to be shipped on the 10th when I call Lea who was very helpful call the warehouse to find out about my order stated the umbrellas have not arrived but you aready charge my credit card for product I do not know when I will get. I need the umbrella for the 18th of july if I had know that it was'nt in stock I would order from some where else.

Even though the website listed an order tracking option, you could not really track your order. It only gave the anticipated ship date and never updated to indicate that the order did indeed ship. Supposedly my order shipped on June 29th, haven't received it yet and can't find any info regarding delays, etc.

I had to cancel my order due to shipping taking over two weeks. Order placed on June 16th. When following up two weeks later (but not all business days as a rep pointed out), I was told the item was in stock but not yet shipped. After another 4 "business days" I was advised by a phone call I had to place yet again, the order would not be shipped till the following week. Taking your shipping process an unacceptable amount of time. The plants I bought thinking the planters would be here, just died in the flat with not sufficient soil. I was more than unhappy. When requesting to cancel order, not one rep tried to even get the order to me ASAP to keep the sale. When I asked the question why was the item in stock but not being shipped there didn't seem to be a answer for that question. No one wants a season item a month after purchase. The entire experience was very disappointing. Simply planters shipped to a friend of mine within 5 days with no extra shipping being paid for. I assumed I would have a similar experience which did not happen.

I ordered the outdoor portable sink on 6/5/09. The ordering process was fine and I got a confirmation email as well as another email that said that the order is being processed and will be shipped within 48-72 hours. That is the last I heard from the company. It was a Father's Day gift and once it got closer to Father's Day, I sent an email to as what the status was. I received an automatic email that said someone would address if for me. After a few days, no one did. I finally called and the customer service rep checked the order and said that they weren't able to get it in, so they would give me a refund. She said that they were in the process of calling people, but that seemed like a convenient thing to say. I would have appreciated a quick response from my email at the least. The best thing would have been another email saying that the item was on backorder and have that sent weekenly. Then I could have decided if I wanted to wait for it or not. Thank you for reading this.

I placed an order on 5/30/09. The purchase has been charged to my credit card. Per the order tracking, the order has still not been filled and therefore not shipped. I sent an email over 10 days ago asking for an update as I wish to cancel the order and receive credit on charge card, but I have not received a response. Too bad...I have ordered from them in the past and service was fine.

It took longer than expected to receive the order. It wasn't the shipping that took the time, it was the prep to ship. As well, the box had excessive amounts of tape holding the box together. There were several holes in the box as well. Not sure whether this would have been the merchant's issue or the shipper (Fedex) but....

Yardiac.com spends more money advertising themselves and making sure they are listed high on Goolge search, then they do as a company getting it right. A simple order was initially set to ship out two weeks after the order (without mentioning if it was in stock or not)?!?, however Yardiac.com never wasted any time hitting my credit card. Then without any notice Yardiac.com added a few more days to the shipping date, and the only way of finding out was logging on to their website, no email notices. Then without warning again, they delayed again shipment for another 3 1/2 more weeks. Most of the summer will be over before this patio umbrella order will arrive. I also see lots of complaints about the customer service and non responsiveness. *** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ***

The web site was difficult to locate your merchandise and once you clicked to purchase it did not proceed easily. I finally received part of the order and requested an update on where the rest of the order was. I got an automated reply that someone would respond, but that has not happened nor have I gotten the merchandise. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a bird bath plus two other smaller items. The smaller items arrived fine, but the bird bath remains undelivered. I called customer service, and was told that I would be e-mailed later that day as to its status. I still have not received that e-mail. I will now have to call again. I liked the variety of products, but I know I'll hesitate before ordering again.
